Robert Lindsay, a former Coldwell Banker agent, filed the suit Tuesday in Superior Court alleging the clients asked for 0,000 so they wouldn’t release the alleged sex tape, the report said. 6 suit filed by the homeowners, Richard and Sandra Weiner.
In it, the couple claims Lindsay overpriced the house so that it wouldn’t sell – and so he could use it as a meeting place for sex with another Realtor, Jeannemarie Phelan, it added.
