Not sure what use that is if I can't use the chairs.I then asked if I could have an exchange however I have to send them back before I can get a refund to order new ones as they can't exchange them. I then decided I was going to send the whole lot back and they will have to come and collect them on Saturday as I'm not taking a day off work to wait for them to collect them. So I have to waste my time to return shoddy products that this company sold to me.

Sage Instant Accounts I've been a fan of Sage support since we started using accounts and payroll some years ago. Doesn't matter how silly the mistake, the support help is always non judgemental.
I ordered two Nevada firepits and chair sets and a Char-Griller Wrangler BBQ online.
The order and delivery all went smoothly enough (delivery was an hour late).
It wasn't until I started to put the products together that the issues started.
Firstly the BBQ had a broken part which means you cannot use it to its full potential.
Secondly one of the firepits chairs were missing parts so you couldn't fully construct them.
I rang the customer service team to see if I could get the missing part for the chairs to which I was told they have none in stock but she could give me a discount.
Another key factor that was taken into consideration, was whether we would be able to implement the tool to other areas of the business in the future.
